Dove Soap - A New Window Cleaner?

Joe from the Water Fed Pole Training Academy discovered a new soap by accident watching the dove mirror advertising on T.V., that dove soap is a brilliant glass cleaner. Instructions at the end of the video.

DIY Traditional Mobile Bucket

You may remember Lewis Doubtfire (pictured) of Gleem-Clean from a previous blog & his inspirational use of a pressurised water fed pole system for getting water to the glass. Lewis has taken it upon himself to emulate both the Leif cart & the Quadropod made by Sörbo to come up with something rather unique that is lacking in the market-place.

Lewis says: "It looks overkill, but I've persevered more than 3 years ago on my original Model." "The designs a `tad`improved as the bucket is detachable." "The bucket height is also easily made adjustable." "The higher you have it - the better it is I find." Not only has Lewis incorporated a pole holder, two buckets on a belt & the most obvious benefit of having the bucket at a workable height, but he's also made it easier for transporting from one location to another. It can also be laid down for 'dunking' your strip washer as shown in the last photo. Click on the pictures to enlarge.

Getting Drunk on WCR Nation

Well, I've just watched the 12th WCR Nation, shared with 6 Corona's & 4 pints of Guinness - trust me, its the best way to watch it! And after a hard days work, it was nice to sit down & watch something constructive & at the same time get hammered.

And while I'm at it, sign the Sörbo petition -Alex & Chris of Window Cleaning Resource, have been trying to stock Sörbo gear for the last upteen months with no result. This is rummoured to be an embargo from other window cleaning gear suppliers who are trying to put the block on these guys. Main features this week are WFP training academy, Greg Coulker, this Blog!, Sörbo (see picture) & Unger. For all you people that haven't seen the daily phone call to Mr. Sörbo from Chris & head-less Alex - shown below.

Water Fed Pole Academy

Those great guys at the Water Fed Pole Academy Joe & Jeff, recently put out an appeal for an on-line auction for members to auction any equipment they no longer needed, to help a fellow member in trouble. The auction was a great success and being described by one of the members as 'better than ebay' with the funds raised. The Academy hope to employ a professional doorknocker team, to help the unfortunate member rebuild his round/route.

Joe & Jeff pictured, started the forum in 2006 & the WFP Training Academy has gone from Strength to Strength. They hope in the future to become one of the largest forums on the internet. Joe is an aspiring inventor (like all of us) & has been looking at different ways of improving on problems we face everyday. Any question can be answered with the forums experienced members.
