Willie says; "The Wagtail Hydrator is a squeegee with an attached lubricating pad." "The main aim of this pad is to provide moisture to the squeegee blade to reduce drag." "The second benefit is that this pad also assists in the simultaneous cleaning and it will not interfere when closing out on a window frame." Willie also adds, "within the week we are releasing new exciting, daring and worthwhile tools!"
