Refrigerator cleaning - could it be an add-on for you? |
Crisp Cleaning Services of Southfield does windows too: Crisp Cleaning Services of Southfield recently celebrated a year of providing residential cleaning service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Christopher Stefanopoulos, owner, decided to start the company after being dissatisfied with a competitor’s service. “I had hired a service for my mother and when I arrived after “service” I found the house to look utterly the same, and I was out $350. I knew then that this was a market that could be disrupted with excellent customer service,” said Stefanopoulos.
The company offers services that are traditionally not a part of residential cleaning arrangements, such as window washing and refrigerator cleaning. “We include services that our competitors charge for, free of charge such as interior window cleaning, oven cleaning, and interior refrigerator cleaning on a recurring basis. We arrive on time every time or we discount your bill, and we will purchase or use any green product or product you request for your home,” said Stefanopoulos.
The service area is all of Oakland County and Gross Pointe. “Our 5 star rating online and near 100 percent customer retention rate comes from the high level of service and customer service we provide,” said Stefanopoulos. The company offers a thorough cleaning with attention to detail and flexible scheduling for customers including Saturday hours. “We may take 3 hours and you can ensure a proper clean. Even all the dust on the cords behind your tv has been taken care of of,” said Stefanopoulos adding “Homeowners aren’t tied down to a certain schedule. Patrons can choose three times a week to have their residence cleaned, once a month or whatever works best for them.”
While 70 percent of the company’s business is residential, Crisp Services also offers commercial cleaning as well. “In the commercial space we do office cleaning and post construction cleaning. Our most recent post construction clean was for the new West Elm store in Birmingham,” said Stefanopoulos.
