Hector Garcia appeared on the KTLA show "Making It", a regular program that features business success stories. He appeared on the show twice.
In 1996, Hector Garcia was a guest on the ABC talk show "Caryl & Marilyn: Real Friends". During the segment, he gave the viewers a close-up look at cleaning on a high-rise building. The show was produced by Viacom Productions.
HSG, appeared on a Channel 2 News special titled "The Worst Job I Ever Loved", in which Hector was featured as an expert in the window cleaning business. Host Dave Malkoff reports from high up on the top of building in Downtown LA in December of 2007.
This commercial for Quaker Oats was shot using two of HSGs own window washers, filming them as they worked on a high-rise building in Downtown Los Angeles. The equipment was supplied and operated by HSGs as well.
HSG provided the swing stage (the platform where Candace Michelle stands outside the building) and related equipment and operated it during filming. The commercial debuted during the 1st Quarter of the NFC Wild Card game between the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers.
