ISSA/InterClean Ionics Window Cleaning Systems

Reuben Reynolds (pictured) was on hand at the ISSA Amsterdam show to show me the SWIFT waterfed pole. It is the new premium pole range from Ionic Systems. Two years in development, the SWIFT waterfed pole is a truly revolutionary pole, setting new standards in weight, stiffness and durability. For these reasons, the SWIFT pole won the Innovation award at the 2010 Windex Exhibition. So what makes the Swift so special? The SWIFT incorporates several important innovations.

• Exremely Light
Approximately 31% lighter than the Ergolite, the Swift sets a new standard for lightweight waterfed poles

• Transverse Clamps
Our revolutionary new clamp grips the sections more powerfully and eveny,
meaning greater rigidity. Its smaller profile also means that collapsed length
is significantly reduced, as is overall pole weight.

• Extra Robust Carbon Fibre
The use of higher-grade, very hard wearing carbon fibre ensures that
the Swift pole will last longer than other poles.

• Greater Rigidity
A combination of our new clamping systems, higher grade carbon
fibre weave and smaller tolerances between sections means that the
Swift has unrivalled rigidity.

• Shorter Sections for Easier Handling
Easier for stowing, using, and transporting. Reduced section length means
the Swift is significantly easier to use

The SWIFT is available now. For full specifactions and prices of
each of the Swift poles, See the Swift in the Ionic Online Shop.

The new Reach & Wash QuattRO trolley mount system is a revolution among mobile systems, bringing the benefits of spot-free pure water cleaning to a wider range of cleaning and maintenance applications than ever before possible. The QuattRO can easily feed waterfed poles up to 45 feet using water pressure alone - NO electrical supply needed! Comprising activated carbon filter, a water softener, reverse osmosis filter and finally a colour-change DI filter to produce water of exceptional purity. Perfect for using waterfed poles where there is a supply of water available on-site even in hard-water areas. The QuattRO is powered by water pressure and does not require electrical power. However, to use with waterfed poles in areas with low pressure we recommend the use of the optional pressure booster pump."
