Ladders Become Safer

The ladder limpet from Laddatec Ltd is now available in the UK & shortly in the US. I have been using the original version of this wonder, for quite a few months now ever since my ladder mat gave way on a slippery surface & the ladders fell with me on top. I can testify this is the only device I can now trust to stop ladder slippage. The LaddaLimpet is based on the original design but the new patented Pin Design and locking configuration is far superior to the original, and with 20 fewer component parts it is easier to adjust and use.

The product was invented and developed by Ian Menelaus (pictured below) of Fishguard in Pembrokeshire. WIN (Welsh Assembly Government) exhibited the LaddaLimpet® at the International Exhibition of Invention in Geneva in April 2007 where it was awarded a Gold Medal and the Prize of the Malaysian Association of Research Scientists (MARS).
